What format are the photos in?
All PhotoGain.com photos are in JPG format.

Do new photos appear on a regular basis?
Yes. Photographers are adding photos frequently. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that have been posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
Of course. Just click here to join PhotoGain.com and start offering your images for sale.

Do you offer refunds?
Once you have purchased an image, we cannot offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the stock photos that I purchase?
Yes. Please read the Image Use Agreement.

Is account sharing allowed?
No. If you are a photographer selling your images, you may not share your account with another photographer.
