How does it work?

All you have to do is sign up, keyword your photos and then upload them to our server. We handle the rest. We do require that all PhotoGain.com stock images be high quality professional-level photographs.

Although our stock sales privilege is open to anyone, it is recommended that you first email 12 - 14 sample images that are representative of your quality and level of work to our review committee (review@photogain.com). We recommend this because each image placed for sale on Photogain.com must first be approved by our committee before it will be made available for purchase by the public. We do this to keep our art buyers from having to find that "needle in a haystack" image. Most all art buyers are in a hurry and just don't have time to do a lot of searching.

Click here to submit your initial images for review. * Please limit your submissions to 12 - 14 JPEG images that are around 800px (longest dimension) @ 72 dpi. Optionally, if you want to go ahead and signup and see if your images are approved please proceed. But, be advised, we do not refund membership fees.

How much does it cost?

Membership with stock-sales privileges at PhotoGain.com costs only $19.95/month, billed quarterly, for 500Mb of storage space. (Additional storage space is available at extra cost.) We handle all of the sales, promotion and customer support.

How much can I make?

You set the price for your stock photos. Charge as much or as little as you please. We take only 3% plus $0.79 from the purchase total to cover credit card processing costs.

When do I get paid?

Proceeds from the sales of your photos are paid to you once a quarter.
